How much changes you now want to make to your website for what ever purpose and the ongoing maintenance of your web site is up to you.

Some aspects of marketing your site will begin during the planning and building phases (like creating meta tags containing your site description and keywords which will help the major search engines index and rank your site).

The site launch is where we make the website live to the world either by activating the new bought domain name or switched from a previous hosting set up.

After the site launch we will set up a service for monthly submitting of your website to the search engines and we will set up a reporting service to email you how website is ranking in the search engine based on keywords that you have provided.

This is where you, the client, get to follow the building of the new website. We will construct your site and stage it for your review on our test server so that you can view the progress. We also have a projector screen available to come into our office and see how the construction is going or answer any questions that arise during the creation of the new website.

The purpose of this research phase is to fill in more content information, gather material for the development of the website, scope out any programming needs specific to the business and answer any specific questions that arose during the discovery phase, as well as gather all other possible information relevant to building the website:

The initial consultation which will act as a discovery phase, during which the primary goal is to determine the purpose and scope of your web site project and to map out the process we will undertake to create a completed website. A helpful tool is the discovery phase questionnaire for which you will be invited by the salesperson. Based on those two elements, we will create a proposal.
